10 simple steps buying your car

  1. Supply us with all the possible details of the vehicle(s) that you want, and, of course your budget for buying these vehicle(s) - including the cost of Shipping. Alternatively, you can: call, e-mail, or fax us with the same information.
  2. Once we have received your information, we will send you a complete list of the current prices of those vehicles that you are interested in. These prices are based what the same kind of vehicles have sold for over the past 4 weeks.
  3. If the prices meet with your budget and you wish to proceed, you transfer your deposit if you are a private buyer or you send a bond or LCs if you are a trader and plan to buy vehicles with us regularly.
  4. Once we have received your deposit, we then carefully check all the auctions on a daily basis and search for all vehicles that suit your specifications and budget. When we find what you want, we send you pictures and all the details of the vehicle(s) and its/ their history. We send this information everyday on the day before the vehicle(s) will come up for auction.
  5. You then send us confirmation of the vehicle(s) you would like us buy for you and how much you want to bid. Assuming the price you wish to pay is realistic, we try to buy the car the next day at the auction.
  6. On the morning of the following day, before the auction commences, we check the vehicle(s) over thoroughly and call you to confirm all the details are correct and give you any extra information that we may find. Then, on your approval, we try to buy the vehicle for you at the price you have given us.
  7. We then transport your vehicle(s) to the port where the next available ship to your location is leaving from. In the process, we handle all the Japanese documentation paperwork; we arrange transfer of ownership documentation, shipping documentation, and shipping arrangements. The transporter fees from purchase site to our depot and then to the port, the port handling fees, any JAAI fees, and the fees of loading on to the ship is all inclusive in the budget you give us to work with. This is termed FOB (Free On Board). In other words, when you give us your budget, we will include all of these costs.
  8. We will invoice you the balance of the outstanding amount owed including the shipping costs.
  9. Once we receive your payment we send you (by courier) the necessary documents that enable to pick up your shipment at your chosen port of destination. This document is called the "bill of Lading."
  10. Enjoy your new toy or sell it for a healthy profit and call us to buy more.
